Just been to Jade Garden in Plantation, FL (244 S. University Drive x Broward Blvd.) and they have added dim-sum to their menu. In fact, this is so new that they have not updated their web site to include the extensive dim-sum offerings. Peering into the kitchen shows new steaming tables and keep-warm cabinets for the dim-sum products.
The Shrimp Dumplings offer generous portions of Shrimp, and the skins are nicely translucent and offers a nice mouth feel - not sticky nor overly thick. You can smell their fragrance as they are brought to the table, with a nice undertone of Sesame Seed Oil. The Shui Mai is also excellent, and topped with Flying Fish Roe.
All-in-all, a nice addition to the South Florida food scene.
