Reading the Sara Moulton thread below inspired me to post. I'm not sure if this has been discussed before, but what does everyone think of Jacques Pepin's daughter Claudine, in his show Jacques Pepin Celebrates? I really like Jacques Pepin, but personally, I don't feel his daughter adds too much to the show, besides inexperience. It might be more interesting to have random viewers as guests, because the father-daughter dynamic is awkward at times. Once, Jacques corrected Claudine's mistake of placing pastries on the baking sheet too close to one another, and she became really huffy. It just made her seem like a bratty daughter. Does she have a day job?
