Jacobs Creamery @ Portland Farmers Market at PSU

After our biscuit breakfast at Pine State https://www.chowhound.com/post/pine-s... , we headed to Portland State University for the Saturday morning farmers market.

At Jacobs Creamery's stand, we loved the hand churned, cultured butter and bought a small tub to serve at dinner with our Dos Hermanos bread plate. Went through it much too fast and wish we had more.

The Bloomy, a soft-ripened cheese, available for tasting was fully ripe in all its oozy glory. I also liked the caramelly, smooth Gouda made by Jacobs.
