Went to Jack Ave Steak House with my girlfriend yesterday. The entrees were delicious. The sides and peripherals were ridiculously bad! I got the filet mignon, which was an excellent piece o cow. mmm. It was, however, served with a cold, medicre-to-bad Bernaise sauce on the side. The hash browns looked like tater tots, only triple fried and not good at all. But the steak was really good! Don't get me wrong!

The little woman ordered the baby back ribs, which were really great (I had 2). She ordered the garlic mashed potatoes side, which were cold and boring. What's up with the sides at this place? They were comically bad.

Oh, we ordered one extra side: The creamed spinach. That was somehow good!

The turtle pie desert was AMAZING.
