Whats up with Jack's Lajolla? I heard they were bringing in tony disalvo a 4 star chef who worked with jean-george. Considering san diego barely has any one star chefs, this is kind of a big deal. It was supposed to be open at the begining of summer(which is a good idea in the super sleepy town of Lajolla) but a month ago they looked like they were way far off from being complete. Anyone have any data?
