Jack London Square opinions

deelish | Feb 28, 200512:00 AM     3

GF and I will be in the JLS area (live in SF) for a couple days with elderly fussy-eater parents who are not able to walk upstairs, must have water and bread on the table the minute they sit down, and will not wait more than 5 minutes for a table. Would love to hit great places, but must settle for:
1. a decent breakfast place that has omelets, waffles, pancakes and good coffee
2. a place where we can pick up sandwiches on good sourdough, cole slaw, potato salad, type stuff
3. seafood restaurant that is not too touristy, plain enough for them and interesting enough for us. How is Jacks Bistro or Scotts?

We plan on doing the Sunday FM and picking up lunch and snacks. Are there any standouts (in mid-April) that are unique to that market or the EB that we should not miss?

Thanks for any help! Help!
