So.. I'm pretty sure at least one person here is going to tell me that I am crazy, but I am hoping someone may know a way to make this work.
A little back story...my closest friend is getting married next weekend, and having about 80 guests. everything is being made homemade, and I, along with all the other duties of a MOH, am making the cake and deserts. We are making just a simple six inch round cake for the bride and groom to cut, and having mini cupcake, petit fours, and other mini desserts for the guests. everything is being made bite sized. (not my idea!)
The groom LOVES pies. any type of pie, he loves them all. the bride asked if I can make mini pies in the mini muffin pans in an assortment of flavors. I am always p for a challenge, and I'm not afraid of the work. (I will have helpers.) but I'm not sure if a pie can be made that small. any suggestions on how to make this work? can I make mini, bite sized pies? I'm worried it may just not be doable.
