Itinerary for Florence/Rome/Amalfi - any advice?

Hi all!

My husband and I are going on our honeymoon to Italy in April and food is a big part of the trip! I've put together an itinerary with a lot of the info here and on Katie Parla's site, but would love your thoughts (especially if we're missing out on any must-haves.).

For some background: We're in our early 30s and live in San Francisco (formerly New York). Although I''d like to have 1 or 2 "fine dining" meals, we generally prefer fresh, local food that's innovative in flavor but not necessarily in technique. For lunches, we like to keep it simple, mostly markets/picnic/street food kind of stuff. We also really like cocktails, FWIW.

I've been to Rome a few times before, but neither of us has been to Florence or the Amalfi Coast, so recs there are especially welcome!

Here's the plan so far:

ROME
Day 1
Lunch: Mercato di Campagna Amica del Circo Massimo
Drinks: Litro
Dinner: Antico Arco

Day 2
Lunch: ?
Dinner: La Tavernaccia Bruno

Day 3
Lunch: Pizzarium
Dinner: Salumeria Roscioli
Gelato: Gelateria del Teatro
Drinks: Ai Tre Scalini

Day 4
Lunch: day trip to Ostia
Dinner Colline Emiliane
Drinks: Hassler Bar

FLORENCE
Day 1
Lunch: ?
Dinner/Drinks: Le Volpi e L’Uva

Day 2
Lunch: Sant’Ambrogio market
Dinner: Coquinarius

Day 3
Breakfast/Lunch: Pasticceria Nencioni
Dinner: Teatro del Sale (or Osteria Vini e Vecchi Sapori?)
Gelato: Perché No

NAPLES/AMALFI COAST (staying in Amalfi)

Day 1:
Lunch: Pizza Starita (Naples)
Dinner: A Paranza (Amalfi)

Day 2:
Lunch: Il Flauto di Pan (Ravello)
Dinner: Gemma? (Amalfi)

Day 3:
Lunch: Michel'angelo (Capri)
Dinner: Zass? (Positano)

ROME
We have one last day in Rome before leaving - not sure what to do with it!

Thank you so much for any tips/recs that you have! We're so excited for this trip and would love to hear anything we shouldn't miss (or any super-romantic thing that you have to do just once on your honeymoon).
