Had lunch in Little Italy at a restaurant named Nico's on Mulberry Street. Since it was warm, we wanted to sit outside, but they only had 3 tables and there were alot of people walking by, close to the table. Looked inside and it appeared dark and small. They said that they had an outdoor garden in the back and we went through the restaurant, which was much larger than it appeared, and went to the back garden, which could seat about 60 people, had trees and was lovely. Had veal francaise and a salad and the wife had a salad with grilled chicken and I had a glass of Chard. The bill was $25 and all of the food was excellent.
Lunch prices in Little Italy were extremely competitive and it looked like you could get a good meal with exceptional value.
