My 13 year old is starting to get into cooking (yay!) and thus far it has pretty much been cooking staples that don't really use a recipe in our house (tacos, spaghetti with meat sauce, breakfast) or scouring Tik Tok for ridiculous recipes that sound fun (but are generally more work than they're worth). He's asked for an Italian cookbook that will have "easy, medium, and expert" recipes that he can try and work through. Wondering what folks would recommend that is not a children's cookbook. He's a smart kid, willing to try new things, but still mostly a beginner (so while he will happily braise something if explained how, he doesn't actually know what that means). TIA!
