ISO Teppan Steakhouse Vinaigrette

I was recently given a bottle of Litehouse Ginger salad dressing, told it was just like the vinaigrette at Japanese steakhouses. Um, no. It was gloppy and thick with emulsifiers, despite being a chilled dressing that's not supposed to be shelf-stable. Not even close.
