I am stuck inside with a(nother) snow storm and can't get to the store to pick up cream.
I have eggs and sugar, lemon, both condensed and evaporated milk and lots of frozen strawberries that we picked this summer. And I have a good ice-cream maker.
What I don't have are the proportions of this recipe which I seem to remember cutting from an Eagle Brand ad back in the 80's!!!
