Several years back got DH a 13-inch Berndes round sautesue pan with a clay lid. He loves cooking with it so much that the non-stick coating is shredding off. Would love to find a replacement for the pan and keep the lid. Doesn't have to be non-stick -- but if it was non-stick would like the new-improved non-shredding/non-toxic kind. Improtant that can go from stove to oven. Any recommendations appreciated. Happy 2008!
