ISO recipe/uses for montpelier butter

I recently saw (then misplaced) a recipe for montpelier butter--looked like a wonderful use of summer herbs. Does anyone have a good recipe and suggestions for use? I thought it would go well with grilled salmon or pork tenderloin, but I'd like to set out a beautiful green pot of it for a brunch condiment.
