ISO Recipe from The Catalan Kitchen

I'm looking for the recipe, can't find my copy and the library is closed for the weekend! The recipe for cream-filled poached pears. I don't actually need the detailed recipe - just the poaching ingredients, suggested poaching time, and the recipe for the filling. (I think there's a strawberry sauce, but I prefer just the reduced poaching liquid.)
