I've had a craving for this savoury flaky treat of spiced meat in puff pastry. I usually got them from Vietnamese run bakeries up in the Bay Area and I really want some now.
So where can I find some good pate chaud. I live in West LA and I don't drive, so somewhere busable would be good. Or at least the best pate chaud in Chinatown might do. Otherwise I will visit all the bakeries in Chinatown just to try their pate chaud on Saturday morning.
