I confess, stinky cheese makes me gag. But I'm needing to feed a variety of peeps, some who love blue dressing, others like me, not so much. I liked the blue-ranch blend that was the house dressing at the old SoCal chain Coco's. That was tasty.
Now I want to make a blue dressing that will appeal to us all. Can you recommend a (readily available) cheese to use in salad dressing, or even a bottled dressing that you think will be mild enough to work for all of us? I can always provide more crumbled blue on the side for the ones who crave it.
I know I could do 2 dressings and be done with it, but I'd rather learn to love the blue, one baby step at a time, with help from my fellow Hounds.
