ISO healthy-ish treat, little or no refrig., no heating

Ok, I have to prepare a snack for a late evening "social hour". From past history, the order of the day is typically chips and dip, and I'd like to make something a bit healthier and more elegant. (not too healthy mind you!) Trick is, it will need to be at room temp. at work all day (or possibly in a chilly car in New York state), and can't be heated up for serving. So it has to be able to sit quietly until 9 pm or so.

My fallback is something like oatmeal coconut cookies, but am trying to think of something a bit different. Something with fruit would be nice.

I know you all are very creative, so perhaps you can point me in the right direction.
