ISO: Great biscotti

My first experience with biscotti was probably one of those old brick hard stale ones with no good flavor.

Years later I get some "premimum" kinds as a gift and were surprisingly good (Safeway) then found a cheaper kind that I liked at Trader Joes (chocolate with almonds).

I'm sure there are much better ones out there. Where do the hounds go to get really top notch biscotti (shop, coffee house, restaurant etc), and what are some must try flavors or unique offerings. Doesn't matter to me whether I eat them with or without dipping them into coffee or other hot drinks. Hopefully there are selections within Peninsula/upper end of South Bay too :-)
