ISO grape leaves & recipes for making dolmas/dolmehs

hi All,

I'm looking for ready-to-use grape leaves for making dolmas(stuffed grape leaves from Armenian/Greek/Turkish cuisine). Most of the leaves I see are sold in brine-filled jars - is there a particular brand that people recommend?

btw, I'm planning to use a recipe I found on Epicurious for this venture. If anyone has a favorite recipe he/she is willing to share I would be most grateful :)
