ISO Good Cheap Roasting Pan

zackly | Nov 2, 201909:01 AM     21

I'm looking for a 17 or 18" roasting pan for turkey and lasagna. I prefer a heavy gauge aluminum pan with a non- stick (Teflon/PTFE) coating. I own several but they're old and scratched up which doesn't bother me but I sometimes serve items for the church in it and I'm sure the scratched Teflon puts them off. I want the sides to be square for lasagna making. I just went to Costco and they only had a cheap steel roaster which won't be a good heat diffuser and might burn lasagna. My budget is sub $50.00. This one on Amazon looks like something that might fit the bill but if you look at the 17" version it's a different style altogether. The 16" looks more like what I'm looking for but I prefer the larger size. Great price though.
