ISO French garlic sausage and/or Toulouse Sausage

L Robertson | Feb 24, 200311:50 PM

Does anyone know a Seattle source for Toulouse-style sausage and/or Saucisson à l'ail? I just bought some duck confit from a place in Pike Place Market and want to make a cassoulet. Most of the recipes (the traditional ones anyway) I have found call for one or the other of them. The same company that does the confit also offers these sausages, but I am hoping to avoid the shipping charges if possible. The meat market that sold me the confit can special order it, but they have a 6 pound minimum! Ordering it online is cheaper (but not by much!)but I am hoping to find somewhere in Seattle that I can just buy a pound of each. Can anyone help?
