ISO Free Clambakeing Venue

I'm looking for a beach to hold a traditional clambake. I posted a similar query several weeks ago. Unfortunately, the locations suggested previously are all owned or rented by clambake companies.

Does anyone know of a beach that meets all, or most of the following criteria:

-within 90 minute drive of Boston
-free, or affordable admission and parking
-fires allowed on the beach
