I had eggplant w/garlic sauce at a chinese restaurant yesterday that was really good. It has always been a favorite of mine but usually when I suggest ordering it family style I get vetoed or I end up eating the whole thing (as leftovers). After seeing all the eggplant at the farmer's market I am inspired to make it myself. Does anyone have a tried a true recipe? I did a google search but I was overwhelmed. Thanks.
