And of course I don't mean the mushy flat fish that most places offer. I'm looking for the fine, imported stuff the last great example of which I was served quite a few years back at Vincenti.

I'd gladly return to Vincenti for an encore but it was only a special at the time I was there.

Does anyone have any recs for a place that serves it regularly?
