My husband tends not to like cabbage-y or mustard type greens. We both liked some choy sum that I bought at an Asian supermarket. The flavor is sweet. Leaves are spoon-shaped and apparently flavor is best when the plant puts out flower buds. Stems look a little like pak choy/bok choy but flavor is much different.
If you grow this vegetable, can you give me a mail order source? One Asian seed website is closed until Feb 16 and I'm impatient but I would also like to have some confidence that the seed I buy is the right kind.
