Help me out here hounds ...
I just returned from Houston and had the most delectable chicken fried steak one can imgaine ... scrumptiously pleasant, savory and lip-smacking yummy. The meat was so tender it felt like Kobe beef, and the breading was fried just right so it was both crunchy and delicate at the same time. And the gravy ... ohmygosh, it was good enough that if you used it as a dipping sauce it would make even cardboard taste good.
Where can I find some here in LA?
