Hi. My wife who is Costa Rican has been jonesing for some central american style (Nicaraguan or Costa Rican) tamales. These are usually covered in banana leaves (not corn husks) and containing white masa.... with pork, vegetables, etc. Preferably on the westside or south bay area, but will drive if need be. I have scoured the recent board posts, but thought I'd get more specific.
Any and all help appreciated.
