ISO Carne asada fries, fries in burritos -- DFW plus Matt's Cowboy CFS review

Recently on the Los Angeles board there was a discussion of "carne asada fries," yup, fries topped w carne asada & the fixins. Now on the California board they're talking about fries in burritos in San Diego!

Has anyone heard of this in Dallas, or anywhere but California? I don't have plans to go that far west anytime soon but if that's the only place to get carne asada fries...

In a similiar vein Matt's Rancho Martinez (scion of the Austin institution) serves a Cowboy Chicken-Fried Steak which I used to love until I got kind of sick of RM. It's topped with chili, cheese and onions, served with fries or rice&beans. Or all three, I guess. Now that I make my own chili theirs isn't delicious enough for me. I haven't tried CFS at home yet but it's on the list.
