ISO the Best Brisket (Uncooked)

I've been seriously jonesing for a good brisket lately (perhaps, at least in part, as a result of the brisket preparation study in the current issue of Cooks Illustrated). One of my relatives was raving about the brisket from some kosher butcher shop on Pico near Robertson, but I don't remember the name.

Anyone have any insights about this? Where is is the best place in town to get an absolutely superb brisket for cooking? (On a related note, I wonder if the Hollywood Farmers Market Bison folks sell bison brisket, and if so, if it's any good.)
