Irish Breakfast?

Gary Rolin | Oct 25, 2000 01:04 PM

Recently, I have been in the mood for what is referred by the Irish as the "Big Fry." It contains a fried egg, black pudding, white pudding, sausage, beans, and bacon (But Rashered Bacon, that is more akin to canadian bacon or ham than the normal garden variety)

I have seen a bunch of British Pubs, and no to arouse any Irish/British tensions, but whenever I have tried their breakfasts, I am disappointed.

Can anyone give any help? I'm in the Pasadena area and would prefer not to travel too far, but in true chowhound fashion, If I have to I will.
