international mall - great taiwanese snacks

saraskim | Feb 15, 2004 11:22 PM

i noticed that a lot of people have posted about the dumpling house located in the international mall, they are well known for their large crullers, scallion pancake sandwiches and hot soy bean milk. anyone ever tried the stall all the way to the left? they sell all sorts of typical chinese dishes that aren't worth buying but there are some really unique snacks that they happen to sell there. we tried the meat pie today which consisted of sweet meat and mushrooms encased in a rice cake bun and the sticky rice sausage. both dishes were great and i hope to sample more in the future. does anyone else have any recommendations for this restaurant stall?
