I'm in search of new chicken breast recipes as my repertoire has begun to bore me. Usually I just pound, dredge in flour and spices, fry in some olive oil and then make some sort of pan gravy with the itty bitty bits of chicken, stock, butter and white wine. This is always a favorite with the husband and toddler, but tonight I'd like to do something a little out of the ordinary. I have some yukon gold potatoes and beautiful broccoli as potential sides. Any suggestions???
