Hi all! For my last French class last night we were asked to bring a little nibbly to celebrate. I thought, being a French class I should bring something French. So I popped on the web and found a recipe for walnut halves with a roquefort mixture between them. I swapped in cambazola for roquefort, not being a huge lover of the blue cheese.
The cambazola was mixed with a little butter, some minced celery, grated onion and worcestershire - really really good! Went extremely well with a glass of red wine.
