I have a gift certificate for a class ($90, i'm willing to pay a little more) at ICE and I need advice on great classes! I'm interested in learning something beyond specific recipes (i.e. techniques you can adapt). I'm a decent cook when it comes to following a recipe but I need to learn to be innovative! Also, I'm a vegetarian so I want to avoid meat-heavy classes.
A few classes that caught my eye were the "Cooking in the Moment" Green Market tour w/Richard Ruben, "How to Cook Vegetable" w/Erica Wides, "Summer Harvest, Vegetable Heaven" w/Myra Kornfeld, "Freestyling w/Spices" w/Tamara Holt. Also interested in seafood or other classes.
