Best Instant Read thermometer ?

I am a novice at meat grilling even after all these years. What brand or type is the best instant read thermometer that is still reasonable price ? Best place to get them ?

So far the best answer I got is:
Thermapen which costs around $80 and can read an accurate reading within 4 secs or so and has a small dia. tip so as not to drain the juices too much.

Another link I found is below which list Taylor brand with 10 secs response time.
