Instant Pot Bluetooth question

outRIAAge | Aug 25, 201602:33 PM     17

I've got a $30 Instant Pot wannabee that frankly amazes me with what it can do, and I'm dying to find an excuse to upgrade to the real thing.

I never understood the attraction of a Bluetooth interface. I have an Anova sous vide circulator with Bluetooth capability, but I've never bothered to hook it up because it doesn't add anything.

There is an Instant Pot with Bluetooth for ~$60 more than the standard version, and I've just discovered that that makes it capable of holding temperatures to within 1F, which is plenty-fine for most sous vide recipes.

Does anyone have any experience with this?
