I'd appreciate input on which of the restaurants within the UDMC Seafood Center, Singapore, are skilled at each of the following: chilli crab; pepper crab; any conch-like items; any indigenous oysters; any deep-ocean large crabs; any langoustines, crayfish or unusual large shrimp items; any fresh abalaone.

Please mention any other restaurants in Singapore skilled at preparing the above seafoods.
