After much enjoyable research and following up on suggestions/input on my previous post, I think I'm finished with the list of possibles and I now need to shave it down. Here's what I have and some specific questions:

For an "upscale" Michelin type experience I'm leaning toward Hexagone (85 Avenue Kléber, 75116) but Le Lulli and Le Gabriel at La Réserve are still in the running. Any and all input welcome here.

Then we have 7 more dinners to plan for including a Sunday. Here's where we definitely plan to go:
Bistrot Belhara
Bistro Paul Bert
Amarante (we were huge Christophe fans AND it's open on Sundays!)

Here's the rest of the list that needs to be pared down to 4 choices:

Au Vieux Chêne: I'm curious to compare it to Paul Bert myself as classic bistro is my favorite type of French food but wonder if there's too much overlap. I know it will be less touristy but would like to hear a more detailed comparison with PB from folks who know both.
Restaurant Ober-Sale
Tintilou
Ler Servan (hot spot?)
Pirouette
Le Taxi Jaune
Les Deserteurs (no menu choices?)
Clown Bar

I'm not big on places that are "hot spots" and/or impossible reservations and we don't usually go for chefs tasting menus and generally prefer to have choices but are willing if it's really amazing. And good wine by the glass is a plus for DH but I don't drink alcohol so the food quality is much more important than the wine list.

Which 4 should we keep and which 4 to let go in your opinion? Thanks.
