Had dinner here last night. This incredible, family owned restaurant is the real deal. Every table receives a nibble of nuts and sauces to start. Appetizers of Tiradito (a type of ceviche) and Choros (mussels) a la Chalaca were huge, super fresh, and amazing. When these two dishes came out, we were shocked at the size of the orders. Absolutely delicious! Mains of Aji di gallina, (chicken), and a fantastic fried mixed seafood were again, huge, and out of this world. Dessert of a local Peruvian plum flan was the perfect way to end this amazing meal.
You go to a lot of places and they just exist. Inkanto operates with pride, and a huge heart- there is love in every dish that comes out of the kitchen. This restaurant is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Get here NOW, and tell your friends- this is the real deal!!
