Injecting Meats and Fish

Having watched a couple of episodes of BBQ Pit shows where they inject the meat, I thought I would try this when I found a jar of Cajun injectable marinade complete with syringe and needle. I injected a brisket with this and cooked it for several hours and must say it was delicious.

Any suggestions for other injectable marinades? I thought a lemon, garlic and thyme might be great in chicken. The needle is a fairly large gauge even though I would obviously have to use the liquidizer.
