The best ingredients/suppliers in the UK - meat/veg/dairy etc!

I find the internet gives fantastic resources at the touch of a button. However, it also has a high signal to noise ratio when it comes to finding the best of the best, the stuff a 3* chef dreams of.

It would be nice to have a topic for the best produce we've found and where from - especially for those of us who dont have access to London's tremendous markets.

I'll start with the best Pork I've eaten in the UK - Richard Vaughan's @ Huntsham farm - deep, rich meat with loads of tasty, tasty fat - as used by the River Cafe amongst other places.

The best eggs I've had have been cotswold legbars from Clarence Court - availible in almost every supermarket now; deep, rich orange yolks and sublime taste.
