I know I've made many posts. This one is a little different to the tune of I realize there are several types of cuisines within the cultures of Spain (I don't mean you can go to Madrid and eat Indian, Morrocan). Can someone point me to a link either in chowhound or elsewhere that goes into some detail about what is unique about each type of cuisine? Maybe one is more seafood focused or one uses more cream in many of its dishes? I guess what I'm looking for is information so that when I tell my wife that we are going to a restaurant that specialized in Catalan cuisine or Basque cuisine or Galician cuisine and she asks me what that means I can give her some ideas.
