Info for vegetarians

My wife and I had lunch today at PlanEat Thailand, in Williamsburg, today. I tried the "vegetarian duck", a spicy dish consisting of seitan, basil, broccoli, green beans, and peppers over rice. For an appetizer, we had triangles of bean curd, fried light and crispy, with chili sauce. Indeed, one of the best mock meat dishes I've had in some time.
