Now I want to see which one is better for induction.
In my opinion, Affinity has the magnetic cast iron in its 2nd innermost layer but All-Clad SS has magnetic SS in its outermost layer. Therefore, to me, it seems that All-Clad SS is better for induction cooking.
Does anyone have experience with these brands and recommend me to which brand I should buy?
