Indian Oasis Changes Hands

We've been going at least once a month since we first went to Indian Oasis - I have to have my Drums of Heaven fix every so often! The other night the new owner introduced himself - his name is Henry and I think he was a waiter there before taking over. He told us the original owner was having too hard a time running both restaurants (Indian City in NHP is the other one) so within 15 minutes they made a deal whereby Henry took over. He assured us the food would not change and the chef was the same one. We enjoyed our meal as much as we always do, nothing seemed different, so 'hounds should not fear this little gem is going downhill anytime soon.
