Had a very good meal at Indian Oasis on Big Dawgs recommendation.
Along with the Drumsticks from Heaven and Penang Curry which Jim has raved about (and were great) we also had
Salt and Pepper Shrimp appetizer which were fried perfectly and rested on a lovely slow-cooked spicy
onion sauce which needs to be scooped up with every bite and a Ginger Lobster which was the highlight of my meal. Lobster is removed from the shell, lightly fried and served in a gingery brown sauce. The tenderness and sweetness of the lobster was unreal and the sauce was mild enough to allow the sweetness of the lobster to shine...plus, the presentation is killer.
The place is clean and the owners, wait staff and chefs take pride in their establishment.
One weird thing. Both me and my dining companion left the restaurant very stuffed up. Not sure if it was from the food or perhaps the spcace itself but we both had weird allergic reactions.
