I have found 2 reasonably affordable places to take indian cooking classes:
1) Ruta Kahate's cooking classes near Oakland
2) Ritu Vohra's classes at CCSF (thanks Melanie for the link to the CCSF classes, I was having trouble finding their non-degree classes)
Has anyone taken classes from these instructors? What did you think? Did you learn enough to cook other indian dishes not learned in the class? Do you feel you have a good grasp of indian ingredients? Do you make indian food regularly?
