Wheeled out the Weber cooker for the first time yesterday and, trying to eat mostly vegetables, I need some innovative recipes. We're a basic charcoal-burning deal here, no gas or wood chips, etc.
Looking for something beyond skewered, oiled vegetables and plain grilled vegetables.
I suspect there is a world of ideas out there . . .
We're not vegetarians, just easy-on-the-meat types.
