Inaniwa udon at Maki?

Recently I noticed posters at Maki in Japantown promoting Inaniwa udon made with Akita spring water. Prices are pretty stiff, $14.50 to $15.50 for various preparations. Anyone tried it yet?

Other goings-on at J-town - Benihana has reopened after remodeling, On the Bridge is promoting shabu-shabu, and Noda Ramen isn't open yet but the interior construction seems to be coming along.
